• Modèle de commande et de livraison, notre processus de validation confidentiel;
• Concurrence, nos modèles et nos styles sont protégés ;
• Autre facteurs.

Statut de la commande

Si le produit que vous avez commandé est en stock, il est tiré de notre entrepôt, coupé et préparé pour la livraison pendant les heures normales d'ouverture. Cependant, étant donné que nous épuisons parfois, il peut avoir un délai supplémentaire pour le réapprovisionnement ou la fabrication. Si cependant nous ne pouvons pas expédier, nous vous informerons et nous vous offrirons la possibilité d'annuler ou de remplacer votre commande. Polique de transport

Orders destined for the Unites States are processed from our Malone, New York manufacturing/distribution center everyday and are shipped as soon as they are complete. All other countries may require two business days for order, address and payment verification before production begins. While we indicate UPS Ground as the basic transport, we may from time to time use USPS Parcel Service to help expedite your shipment when it warrants or when ground service is not available to your address.

QUED Brand Return Policies

General returns conditions applicable to all return:

• Not all products are eligible for return, and not all products that are eligible for return are to be returned to QUED Brand;
• Shipping charges are not refundable;
• Custom orders are not returnable;
• Goods can only be returned by express written consent of the Company;
• A 15% restocking charge will be levied for returned merchandise, other than defective goods;
• All shipments must be inspected upon receipt to ensure that freight claims can be filed.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. QUED Brand highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.

Security

QUED Brand uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a certificate is provided by Thawte and charges on credit cards will display Seaway Plastics Ltd. and/or Seaway Mats Inc. SSL provides data encryption, server autentication, message integrity and optional client autentication for a TCT/IP connection. This security protocol is designed to provide a data security layered between application protocols (such as HTTP, Telnet, NNTP or FTP) and TCP/IP. 

In other words, it's pretty tough to break, but not impossible. If you are extremely risk adverse, call us! However, if you ever give your card to someone at restaurant and allow him/her to take it behind closed doors, you run significantly higher chance of experiencing credit card fraud than with a secure web connection.

Any agreement for the purchase of goods and/or services from quedbrand.com ("QUED Brand) shall be governed by and is made subject to these business policies and the returns policies stated below (collectivey, the "Policies"). QUED Brand may, at its sole option, revise the policies from time to time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Photos may not represent actual product. Typographical, product description, pricing and other errors are subject to correction, even after orders and/or payment are accepted. Manufacturer warranty, if any, applies; QUED Brand hereby disclaims all other warranties, includind but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. QUED Brand does not guarantee product compatibility. Carefully review policies (below) before making your purchase.

 Governing Law

Any purchase of goods from QUED Brand will be governed by and constued in accordance with the lawa of the State of New York, United States of America, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence and by using this site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdication of the courts of the State of New York, USA. 

 Limitation of Remedy

In no event shall QUED Brand be liable for any damages caused by any product or service or the failure of such product or service to perform, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings, loss of use, loss of data, or any other special, incidental indirect or consequential damages of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursant to which such damages may be sought. QUED Brand is not liable for any claim made by a third party or made by you for a third party.

While QUED Brand makes every offort to ensure the accuracy of this data, this web site could include typographical errors and/or technical inaccuracies. QUED Brand reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to such data and/or this web site at any time.
